经过3个RC版的开发，PHP 5.2.9于2009-02-26发布，离上一个版本2008-12-08的5.2.8过了2个多月，这个版本修正了大量的bug和安全漏洞，
详细改进请见源码包里的NEWS文件。此外其他的产品线版本是2008-08-07的4.4.9,下一个开发版5.3 Beta1.
