AMD今天正式公布65nm的2.8GHz Athlon X2 7850黑盒版处理器， 和其他黑盒版CPU一样，该CPU也是不锁倍频，以满足超频玩家的需求。该CPU共享2MB三级缓存，内置128位内存控制器，HT总线频率为1.8GHz，最高支持PC2 8500（DDR2 1066）内存。目前该产品已经正式发布，官方售价为70美元。
