中国电信广州研究院副总工徐建锋在出席会议时表示,目前IPv6产业链停顿的原因是没有用户规模,当达到300万活跃用户时,产业才能进入良性循环的起点.
“因此,政府的政策是推动IPv6发展的根本力量.”徐建锋说.“应制定产业政策,将IPv6商用确定为国家发展战略的基础工程.”他建议,政府应强制要 求网络运营商和主流应用提供商在三年内全面支持IPv6,政府网络及其对外公共服务网络也应如此,而三年的期限则为2010年至2013年.
