日前，Linus 大神为 2.6.29 版的 Linux kernel 选择了一个新的 logo（见下图）。该 logo 是 2009 linux.conf.au 峰会的吉祥物，名为 Tuz。Linus 选用 Tuz，意在支持拯救 Tasmanian devil（袋獾） 这种濒临灭绝的动物。
