Google近期表示其邮件服务运行情况将更透明更开放,致使Gmail服务故障时,虽然仅仅是小部分用户受影响,但却更引人注意.而微软Hotmail用户三天无法登录邮箱也没能引起外界注意.
本周二和周三的Gmail宕机就是最佳例证,当时有小部分用户无法登入Gmail邮箱,故障始于美国太平洋时间星期二早上2点,大多数受影响的用户邮箱在半小时内就恢复正常了.
