Ubuntu 9.04开发代号“Jaunty Jackalope”(得意洋洋的怀俄明野兔)，按惯例将在2009年4月份发布最终正式版，主要会重新整合Debian核心的更新升级，并加入对ARM 处理器的支持 ，不过现在的Alpha 1还做得不够，稍后的新测试版才能真正安装在ARM系统上。
