根据系统管理设备 公司KACE目前的调查显示，很多受访者认为正是由于Windows 7的前一版本Vista存在诸多问题，导致Windows 7更难被接受。另外，软件的兼容性、成本的执行情况、当前经济状况也是大家普遍关心的问题。绝大多数（约83%）受访者表示，他们很可能直接跳过 Windows Vista直接跳跃到Windows 7。
