由西城法院、东城法院再到市二中院，从2006年起，家住海淀的朱福祥老人起诉北京移动公司的官司历时近两年，终遭驳回裁定。“我还有机会。”年过半百的朱福祥认为充值卡“有效期”的单方规定不合理。他坚持自学法律，准备在“合适的时机”进行再次起诉。
