淘宝开始封账号了！
今天登陆邮箱，突然发现有6封淘宝发的“处罚通知”，仔细看了下发送时间是一样的，都是2009-03-24 14:41:03。一开始一位账号被盗了，有什么违法行为。但搜索了一下，发现很多人有这种情况，原因是支付宝使用率太低，但我的账号只买东西，不知道为什么也被封了？
